Winter Rain Pants designed for ICEBIKING from FoxWear.

Bill Shand's Story of his ride in the Arrowhead 135

Major changes to the Icebike Mitts from Vulpine Adaptive

Piotr Chilecki "Crazy Cranks" sent a bunch of great pictures, (See also our home page) of the Icebiking in the  Tatra Mountains near the town of  Zakopane in Poland. Some of these pictures are just breath takeing.

The Alps-like Tatra Mountains, or the Tatras (Polish Tatry), is the highest range of the Carpathian Mountains and lie along Poland’s border with Slovakia. Two hour’s drive from Krakow one finds stunning views and pristine nature as well as the best skiing in winter and hiking, rock climbing, cave exploration, cycling, paragliding, etc. through the rest of the year.

Into every winter season a little RAIN must fall.

Read our review of RAIN PANTS from Lou Binik at FoxWear. These are great CUSTOM DESIGNED for ICEBIKE.  These stretchy, loose fitting rain pants go on quickly over your normal winter tights, have High Reflective leg trim, re-enforced seat, cell phone pocket and Velcro ankle closures  (no nasty zippers to go bad).  Like many Foxwear garments, you have a choice of a couple different fabrics.

Other Features:

  • Daavid Turnbull's artistic River Ride 99 page, exhibits the joys of Icebiking better than any we've seen.

Hey Look what we won:

Pretty Cool eh?  We even told them that all Icebikers were not Canadians, but they insisted we take the award, and we are proud to have it.  Click the award to visit the Cool Canuck Web site.
